About the class

Slow down, soften, and let go.

Yin yoga is a slow, meditative practice that works into the body’s deep connective tissue — the fascia, ligaments and joints — rather than the muscles. Poses are held for longer, usually three to five minutes, letting the body release held tension and settle into stillness. No experience or flexibility needed; bolsters, blankets and mats are provided.

Before you come

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early — the door opens 15 minutes before we begin.

What to bring: just warm socks. We’re a no-shoe studio, and blankets and pillows are provided.

Getting here: 12 Peach Grove, Tyabb. Look for the blue mailbox on the street — we’re the second house, not the first. Please be mindful of parking so there’s room for everyone: park before the second gate on the left (you’ll see the orange cones), or through the second gate beside the house. Walk to the front entrance with the big blue door.
